Your privacy is of the utmost importance to the Society for Arts and Technology [SAT], which is responsible for this site.

1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Management of participant data

Data is collected via the Weezevent ticketing service on behalf of the SAT, which owns it and can make legitimate uses of it for the holding of its event and which collects consent through the registration forms.

The data is kept for 5 years or until receipt of a deletion request, made directly by the organizer. Requests made directly to the Weezevent ticketing service by participants are forwarded to the SAT.

The Weezevent ticketing service retains transaction information for its own use as legal proof of sales contracts, tickets or products, when it is a party to the transaction (legal obligation, for a period of 5 years after the event) . No other use is made of this information.

Banking Information Banking information is processed by payment service providers supporting the collection and validation of payments, each of which is PCI-DSS certified.

Use of data

Access to data is limited to the SAT by back-office rights management. The Weezevent ticketing service may see the data as part of the support to this organizer.

Service Data-Coop Culture and Pixel Culture

We use the Data-Coop Culture service to gather browsing information from visitors to our site. With the Pixel Culture installed on it, we collect information to better understand the cultural interests and tastes of internet users who view our pages or make purchases. These collected data may be used to suggest cultural activities corresponding to your interests through personalized advertisements displayed on advertising networks of other sites you visit.
